From The Trainer's Mouth provides horse-racing information, including trainer, jockey and owner quotes, racing news and features, race targets, racecards, new signings and ownership information, stable and trainer's squad information, and a searchable quotes archive. By using the website you accept these Terms.

Informational service — not a bookmaker

We are an information and editorial website only. We do not accept or place bets, we do not hold or handle gambling funds, we do not offer bookmaker or betting-exchange services, and we are not a tipping service acting on your behalf.

Everything on this website is provided for general information. Racing is unpredictable. Quotes, race targets, stable comments, news, racecards, statistics and other information may be incomplete, may change, or may become out of date after publication.

Third-party trade marks, names, quotations, photographs, data and other material remain the property of their respective owners. We make no claim of ownership over third-party material, and if you believe material has been used incorrectly please contact us.

User accounts

• you are responsible for giving accurate account information;
• you are responsible for keeping access to your account and email address secure;
• accounts must not be used for any unlawful purpose;
• please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised;
• we may suspend accounts involved in abuse, automated attacks or serious misuse.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its data;
• scrape or systematically copy the quotes archive or other content in a way that infringes our rights or applicable law;

Intellectual property

The From The Trainer's Mouth name and branding, the website design, our original editorial content, the structure and selection of our archive and database, and our original graphics are protected by intellectual property rights where applicable. This does not apply to third-party racing content and quotations, which remain the property of their respective owners as set out above.
